Build a real-time anomaly detection system for Saudi Aramco IT infrastructure, leveraging Generative Artificial Intelligence (Gen AI) to detect anomaly and apply actionable solutions. The scope has two phases, phase one is to build a prediction model using Gen AI technology focusing on IT Network critical switches, on the other hand, phase two dedicated to deploy an AI system designed to act autonomously, making decisions and taking actions to detect and forecast proactively potential IT infrastructure failure. The system will collect and analyze system logs from IT Infrastructure in real-time, utilizing Gen AI to identify patterns and relationships that may indicate a fault or anomaly. By analyzing these logs, the Gen AI model will detect anomaly and trigger an alert when a potential issue is identified, allowing to apply swift action to prevent downtime and eliminate its impact.
