Description
Hélène Macela-Gouin is Vice President of the Secure Power and Data Centers business and a member of the Executive Committee of Schneider Electric France.
Hélène began her career in telecommunications at Orange, in the R&D center in Issy-les-Moulineaux.
In 1999, she joined Alcatel, which later became Alcatel-Lucent and then Nokia, where she spent 15 years holding various positions in project financing, strategy, and sales management in France.
In 2013, she joined Total. She notably served as Vice President for Renewables in charge of Strategy before heading the Europe region and major accounts for solar.
Hélène joined Schneider Electric in 2018 as Strategy Director for Schneider Electric France. Since November 1, 2022, she has held the position of Director of the Secure Power and Data Centers business for Schneider Electric France.
Hélène holds an engineering degree from Telecom Paris and a Master’s degree (MSc) in Applied Mathematics.
