THE CORPORATE LAB - Where AI adoption happens.

THE CORPORATE LAB - Where AI adoption happens.

Corporate Lab is a dedicated practice floor inside the Adopt AI Summit, the only event format in Europe where corporate leaders practice the world's leading AI tools that matter to their business, guided directly by the teams that built them.

Organized by business function, each track gives you direct access to the latest AI products built for your role, allowing you to test, experiment, and decide.

20

AI companies, each running its own lab

30 MIN

per session, one starting every 45 minutes

6

seats per session, so everyone gets a keyboard

TRACKS
Built around your function, not around a vendor's catalogue.

Each track is a curated sequence of labs for one business function, so the people who
come together leave with the same picture of what their own work is about to look like.

For CHROs and HR leaders

HR & TALENT

Hiring, skills mapping, internal content and enablement. What changes in the way you attract, train and keep people.

For CFOs and finance teams

FINANCE

Analysis, reporting, planning and control. Where the time actually goes, and which parts of it no longer need to be spent.

For CMOs and sales leaders

MARKETING & SALES

Content, research, personalisation and pipeline. From one campaign a quarter to one a week, without adding headcount.

For CTOs and product leaders

TECH & PRODUCT

Building, prototyping and shipping. What your engineers are already doing, and what your non-engineers can now do too.

For customer and service leaders

CUSTOMER SERVICE

Support, quality and the customer voice. Where automation genuinely helps and where it quietly costs you the relationship.

For COOs and transformation leads

OPERATIONS & AGENTS

Process, orchestration and autonomous agents. The shift from tools people use to systems that run on their own.

THE COMPANIES IN THE ROOM

* Line-up to be confirmed. The full list of participating companies is announced ahead of the event.*

HOW IT WORKS
Four steps, and nothing to prepare.

The Corporate Lab sits one level above the show floor of the Grand Palais.
Downstairs is where you discover. Upstairs is where you practise.

01

Pick your track

Choose the path built for your function, from HR to Finance. Each track lines up the tools that matter for that job, not a catalogue.

02

Book your sessions

Sessions run every 45 minutes across both days. Take three, take four, fit them between your meetings. Nothing else in your schedule has to move.

03

Sit down and build

Six seats, six keyboards, one workshop leader from the company itself. Thirty minutes to go from never having opened the tool to having built something with it.

04

Leave with a decision

Not a list of vendors to evaluate. A clear read on what fits your organisation, what does not, and what you would pilot first.

TWO WAYS TO VISIT

Come with your team, or come for yourself.

INDIVIDUAL

YOUR ROLE. YOUR PICKS. YOUR PACE.

Browse the full partner schedule, select what matters to you, and lock in your spots before the event. You arrive with a confirmed agenda: no queuing, no missed sessions.

QUESTIONS

The ones people actually ask.

We are already coming to Adopt AI. Why pay for this on top?

The show floor downstairs is where you see what exists. The Corporate Lab upstairs is where you use it, in a closed room, with a seat that is yours. They are two different things, and the second one is the one your team will still be talking about in January.

We have already run AI seminars internally.

A seminar has your people listening. Here they practise, they compare several tools in a single afternoon, and they come out with a position rather than notes. Most of our attendees have already done the seminar. That is usually why they come.

My teams cannot block two days.

Nothing is blocked. Sessions last thirty minutes and start every forty-five, so people take them between meetings. A team that comes together can have everything booked in advance.

We already have our tools and an AI partner.

All the more reason. This is the one place where you can put them side by side in the same two days, with no sales cycle in between, and check that yours is still the right one or spot what is missing.

We are not ready for AI yet.

That is the point. Nobody is asked to arrive prepared. Session after session, your leaders move from watching to doing, which is the only part that cannot be delegated.

Two days. A keyboard. A decision.

Seats are limited by the size of the room and released in order of
booking. Once a session is full, it is full.
