We build NBQ, for Next Best Question, a questioning layer for conversational AI. It reads the context, finds what is missing, and picks the right question to ask before your agent replies.
NBQ is an API and it is model agnostic. It works on top of the model you already run, such as GPT, Claude or Mistral, so your team keeps its stack. We work with companies, developers and platform builders, with a focus on healthcare, energy, education and customer support.
With NBQ, your agent spots its own blind spots, asks before it answers, and keeps the conversation moving towards its goal. It also knows when to hand the conversation over to a human. Six years of research at the Laboratoire d'Informatique de Grenoble, with the CNRS and Université Grenoble Alpes.
