Computer scientist in Structural Bioinformatics

The computer scientist plays a strategic role in guiding MAbSilico’s customers in their use of our solutions and products. The objective is to accompany the ongoing R&D projects while integrating MAbSilico’s solutions in customer’s antibody development pipelines. Your role in professional services is essential to MAbSilico customers, especially to provide expertise in structural biology. The great proximity with MAbSilico customers, in particular those using the software MAbFactory, will also put you in a privileged position to suggest new functionalities. You will participate to the specifications and testing of these new software functionalities.

CEO Right-Hand: 6-months internship

The company is now seeking to recruit a highly motivated CEO Right-Hand. This person will work with the CEO and the Scientific Business Developer to contribute to strategic thinking processes and the organization of the company. You will help the CEO to accelerate the structuration and manage the growth of the company. The right-hand of CEO plays a strategic role in life of the company. As Right-Hand CEO, you will be at the heart of MAbSilico activity and have the great opportunity to work on very various strategic topics. You will work closely with the CEO and other co-founders on these projects: • Set up internal tools and processes to improve team efficiency. • Participate in strategic projects including on the international expansion of MAbSilico. • Contribute to the HR structuring and management, and to the recruitment of new talents. • Coordinate and support the different teams (care, product, tech, etc.) on personal data protection. • Contribute to the CEO’s communication with the rest of the team (e-mails, documentation, etc.). • Carry out data analysis and reporting on the business, for internal or external use.

Computer scientist as AI/ML engineer

The computer scientist plays a key strategic role in defining and implementing the forthcoming modules of MAbSilico and driving proof of concept and in silico benchmark validation. In collaboration with our data scientist, the candidate helps and guides the collection of new data to build a strong and innovative product for antibody drug discovery and development.

DevOps engineer

MAbSilico is a TechBio startup providing computational solutions for pharma and biotech companies to derisk drug design and discovery. MAbSilico is at the crossroads of two extremely dynamic and promising sectors: artificial intelligence and therapeutic antibodies. You will be working on the software solution, called MAbFactory, enabling • apply AI technologies developed by MAbSilico to antibody design. • aggregate data on biological targets and antibodies from public and internal databases. To support the development of MAbFactory, we are looking for a DevOps engineer, with or without experience.
