Founded in 2022, and based in Paris, France, MedInsights is dedicated to transforming drug discovery by leveraging advanced computational models driven by physics, reasoning models and predictive analytics. Our innovative approach integrates graph theory, thermodynamics, knowledge graphs, centrality measures, generative AI, machine and deep learning to explore disease mechanisms, identify optimal therapeutic targets and enhance drug discovery strategies. We strive to address critical unmet medical needs by optimizing drug repositioning for various diseases leveraging AI and scientific intelligence, ensuring improved treatment options and healthcare equity. We support academia, pharmaceuticals and the biotech industry by derisking drug candidates, optimizing therapeutic potentials and providing life cycle management (LCM) opportunities for drug development pipeline. Through our proprietary, comprehensive end-to-end drug repositioning framework Nexus Rx, we gain a detailed understanding of the disease space and optimise target identification, whilst mitigating the risks and uncertainties associated with drug development. This engine leverages five interconnected modules to rapidly advance drug candidates from discovery to clinical trials.
