Description

Stéphane Pallez, CEO of FDJ UNITED since 2014, has led a major transformation of the company, combining growth, digitalization, innovation, and social responsibility. In 2019, she led FDJ's privatization through its initial public offering (IPO). In 2024, FDJ embarked on a new and decisive phase of its international development with the acquisition of Kindred, one of Europe's leading operators in the sector. Previously, Stéphane Pallez was CEO of the reinsurance group CCR from 2011 to 2014, and Deputy Chief Financial Officer of the telecommunications group Orange from 2004 to 2011. From 1984 to 2004, she held various positions at the French Treasury (Direction générale du Trésor) within the Ministry of the Economy and Finance, particularly in the areas of financial regulation and international negotiations. Between 1988 and 1990, she was an alternate executive director at the World Bank in Washington, and from 1991 to 1993, a technical advisor to the Ministers of Economy and Finance, responsible for industrial issues. Stéphane Pallez is a graduate of the Paris Institute of Political Studies and an alumna of the National School of Administration.
