Description
Reda Guiha has been Country President of Pfizer France since September 1, 2022. He is a member of the Boards of Directors of Agipharm and Leem.
A pharmacist by training, Reda spent his early career in the pharmaceutical industry in sales and international marketing roles across several countries, including Egypt, the United Kingdom, and Italy. He joined Rhône-Poulenc Rorer (later Aventis) as Senior International Marketing Director for Oncology and was subsequently appointed Vice President of Global Oncology, based in France and the United States. In 2000, Reda joined Pharmacia's French affiliate as Oncology Business Unit Director and, following Pfizer's acquisition of Pharmacia, led the Specialty Therapeutics Business Unit in France. He was appointed Senior Sales Director for Pfizer's Cardiology franchise in 2006, then Vice President of the Oncology, Ophthalmology & Endocrinology division in October 2007. In January 2009 he became Head of the Oncology Business Unit in France, and in September 2012 he took on the role of Head of the Specialty Care Business Unit in France. In January 2014, Reda was appointed European Regional President of Pfizer's Vaccines business, and from 2019 to August 2022 he served as Regional Head, International Developed Markets, for Rare Disease.
