Gilles joined Kiwi.com in 2016 and has since held key leadership roles shaping the company’s growth and customer-focused product innovation. After serving as Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Product Officer, he became Chief Operating Officer in 2024, overseeing strategy and operational excellence. Prior to Kiwi.com, Gilles worked on strategic projects across the travel sector with leading GDS players such as Amadeus and with major airlines and online travel agencies.
