Jean‐Philippe Desbiolles is Managing Director and AI Leader EMEA at IBM. Nicknamed the “French Doctor Watson” by Forbes, he has lived and worked in Asia, the United States, and Europe, where he has led and delivered major digital transformation programs leveraging cutting‐edge technologies. A recognized expert in artificial intelligence, quantum technologies, organizational transformation, and innovation applied to financial services, he regularly advises senior executives on implementing large‐scale AI strategies, AI governance, and emerging technologies. Jean‐Philippe Desbiolles is also deeply involved in talent and leadership development. He teaches in several executive education programs, notably within the Executive MBA at HEC Paris and INSEAD, where he also serves as an international ambassador, speaking at conferences and coaching sessions for C‐level executives from major organizations. He shares his expertise at prominent international events such as the World AI Cannes Festival and the annual AdoptAI summit. He is committed to promoting a culture of responsible, ethical, and accessible AI.
