After more than 15 years with Bull and Atos, Philippe Miltin, a graduate of ESG, INSEAD and certified Strategies for Sustainability from Stanford, has been appointed CEO of OUTSCALE, a Dassault Systèmes brand, in September 2022. In this role, he aims to position OUTSCALE as a sovereign and sustainable operator of Experiences as a Service. His mission is to operate the group's platforms, strengthen the brand's position as a sovereign and sustainable strategic partner for public administrations and industries, and make OUTSCALE the leading operator of Trusted Experience.
