I like to be involved in both strategic & technical assignment with a wide range of technological challenges. I manage strategical projects which aims to transform the company and support the CTO. These projects may imply tens to a hundred of people with budget which can go over 50M€.
As a Tech enthusiast, I prefer to focus on project which are oriented "Tech for Business". I'm convinced that project successes require a strong understanding of the business requirements as well as to imply business teams in each step of the project lifecycle.
As a Digital maker, I like to have a strong understanding of the technologies which are required for the project I manage and can dig in topics at the implementation level with the development teams if required to ensure my legitimacy and their ability to commit.
