Description
Mohamed Keraine is the Global Head of Digital, Wealth and Retail Banking (WRB) and Enterprise Co-Head of AI at Standard Chartered, where he leads the digital transformation agenda. Mohamed is responsible for driving innovation and delivering a differentiated customer experience across the Bank’s affluent, private banking and small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) segments. In his role as Enterprise Co-Head of AI, he leads the Bank’s business-led AI agenda, aligning strategy, adoption and delivery to scale AI capabilities across the enterprise in a safe, responsible and impactful way.
Beyond his core responsibilities, Mohamed is also actively engaged in the Bank's Diversity and Inclusion efforts. He serves as the Council Chair of WRB Diversity and Inclusion Council, and is the Global Sponsor of the Generations Colleague Community, championing initiatives that foster an inclusive and equitable workplace.
Mohamed began his career with ING Direct France in 2006 before taking on several positions at ING’s head office in Amsterdam for retail markets in Europe, Australia and Asia from 2011 to 2017. In 2018, he was appointed Head of Retail Development Asia where he launched the first digital bank in the Philippines and led several strategic initiatives in Southeast Asia and China.
Mohamed holds a Master of Science in Strategic Marketing Leadership from the Henley Business School and a Master’s degree in social sciences from Paris la Sorbonne University.
