Patrick Pérez is the Chief Executive Officer of Kyutai, a Paris-based non-profit laboratory dedicated to advancing open research in artificial intelligence. With a career spanning leading institutions such as Microsoft Research Cambridge, Inria, and Technicolor, he most recently served as Vice President and Chief Scientist for AI at Valeo (2018–2023). Throughout his career, he has been at the forefront of multimodal AI, striving to ensure that breakthroughs in artificial intelligence serve the common good.
