Anne-Sophie is a highly accomplished leader with a wealth of experience in insurance claims management, transformation, and innovation. Anne-Sophie is currently CEO of Solvd Group. Since her appointment as CEO of SOLVD in 2024, Anne-Sophie GROUCHKA has driven a remarkable transformation, increasing the company’s revenue by 25% in just one year. Her ambition is clear: to position SOLVD as a multibillion-dollar company by 2030, with a significantly expanded market share across all core geographies.
She joined Allianz France in 2012. In 2018, she became a member of the Allianz France Board of management in charge of customer services, including claims. In 2021, she became Chief operating and transformation officer, in charge of IT, transformation, productivity, resilience, legal and compliance.
Anne-Sophie began her career at the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights in Geneva in 2004, before joining Ministers for health and social affairs where she held various advisors and chiefs of staff roles. Anne-Sophie is also an alumnus of the Young Global Leaders program (World Economic Forum).
