Description
Yann Algan is a professor of economics and director of HEC Institutes (the group of institutes and centers of HEC Paris). He was previously the founding dean of the School of Public Affairs at Sciences Po and dean of the pre-experience programs at HEC. His research on trust and democracy has been recognized with numerous awards (ERC Junior and Consolidated Grants, Best Young Economist Award 2008, Best Economics Book Award 2008, 2012, 2017).
