Description

A graduate of the École des Mines de Nancy, Stéphanie Charlaix Meyer has held various positions within Air France and Air France-KLM, notably in the Revenue Management and Flying Blue departments, the airline group's loyalty program. In 2009, she became Head of Digital Information Systems – E-Commerce and later served as Vice President of Digital Product. In September 2019, she was appointed Director of Direct Sales and Customer Service for the French market. Since August 2021, she has held the position of Senior Vice President of Customer Service at Air France-KLM, in charge of Customer Relations.
