Description
I currently lead the GenAI for proteomics and protein design research agenda at InstaDeep, focusing on both fundamental ML approaches needed for and applications of flexible, multimodal foundation models. Prior to this, I have completed my PhD at Oxford University in structural immunoinformatics under the supervision of Prof Charlotte Deane, MBE. I have a keen interest in developing tools that allow generative AI to be leveraged in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries with focus on protein design.
