Noémie Sadik has held the position of Country Manager at Workday for France since September 1, 2026. With over 25 years of experience scaling technology companies such as Microsoft, Adobe, Salesforce, and Monday.com, she specializes in supporting mid-sized and large organizations, helping them achieve a sustainable competitive advantage through digital transformation and AI.
Based in Paris and reporting to Hervé Uzan, Vice President South EMEA, she leads the software vendor’s strategy and growth in the French market. Her mission focuses on helping companies modernize their HR and finance functions, fostering the partner ecosystem, and promoting the group’s core values. Her approach strictly adheres to high standards of ethics, trust, governance, and data sovereignty.
Noémie Sadik also oversees the implementation of Workday’s three-year investment plan of over €200 million in France, committed as part of the Choose France summit. This project aims to accelerate the responsible adoption of artificial intelligence, train the next generation of AI talent, strengthen a local network of trusted partners, and expand sovereign cloud infrastructure. From the group's executive leadership perspective, this investment plan represents a major catalyst in France to rethink the way we work using AI.
